Research and technology

Oyinkansola's research explores how emotion is expressed and interpreted across language, music, culture, and technology. Her work includes multilingual NLP, dimensional emotion modelling, low-resource African language technologies, music emotion analysis, responsible AI, digital heritage, and human-centred evaluation.

Creative and public work

As KKC, she writes and performs music shaped by soul, R&B, Afrobeats, spoken word, faith, memory, love, healing, and resilience. Her writing and public speaking connect creative practice with AI, culture, identity, community, and public good.

Community and fitness

She founded Keenah-Kay Chekwas and The Community Initiative in 2017, a registered NGO in Nigeria supporting education, health awareness, welfare outreach, and community empowerment. Through Beaded Gym Rat, she shares fitness, lifestyle, travel, adrenaline, consistency, and body confidence.
